At The Haven, our fees are aligned with the rates agreed with the Local Authority. We believe that everyone should have access to high-quality care without unexpected costs.
No Top-Up Fees
Unlike many care homes, we do not charge families a top-up fee for care where a placement is funded at the agreed Local Authority rate. We are committed to providing the same high standard of care to every resident, regardless of how their care is funded.
